This high-efficiency integrated coal drying system is a customized solution developed for the high moisture, high viscosity characteristics of raw coal, slime, lignite and other coal materials, widely applicable in coal processing plants, thermal power stations, metallurgical mines and other industrial scenarios. It supports a processing capacity range of 300 to 3000 tons per day, and can stably adjust the final moisture of finished coal below 12% according to production demands, effectively solving the pain points of high transportation cost, low combustion efficiency and easy agglomeration in subsequent processing caused by excessive moisture of wet coal.
Working Principle
The whole drying process follows a four-stage continuous and efficient heat exchange logic. First, the pre-crushed wet coal is transported to the sealed feeding system, and enters the guide zone of the rotary drum together with high-temperature hot air generated by the heat source in the same direction. In this zone, the wet coal makes instant contact with the high-temperature flue gas, and a large amount of surface moisture is evaporated rapidly before the material forms adhesion. Then the material is lifted to form a uniform material curtain in the cleaning zone, the built-in self-cleaning device continuously scrapes off the coal material adhered to the inner wall of the drum, and crushes the agglomerated material lumps at the same time, which greatly expands the heat exchange area. After that, the low-viscosity loose coal enters the inclined lifting plate zone, where it is fully turned over for a long time to complete the deep heat and mass transfer process, so that the internal moisture of the coal material is fully evaporated. Finally, the material without lifting plate slides smoothly to the discharge port in the discharge zone to complete the whole drying process. The moisture-laden flue gas generated in the whole process is sent to the two-stage dust removal system through the induced draft fan, and is discharged up to the standard after the fine coal powder is recovered.
Core Features
The system adopts a highly adaptable heat source design, which can flexibly select supporting methods such as self-provided coal-fired hot blast stove, biomass fuel, industrial waste heat and gas according to the on-site conditions of users, effectively reducing the energy cost per ton of material. The optimized internal structure of the main engine realizes full coverage of material turning, the thermal efficiency is as high as 80%, which is more than double that of the traditional ordinary dryer, and the fuel consumption is only 1/3 of the similar traditional equipment. The self-aligning riding wheel structure and zero horizontal thrust design reduce the wear of vulnerable parts by more than 60%, the equipment failure rate is extremely low, and the continuous operation cycle can reach more than 300 days. The full-process automatic control system can adjust parameters such as feeding amount, hot air temperature and drum operating speed in real time according to the incoming coal moisture, to avoid the hidden dangers of under-drying or over-burning of materials. The overall layout of the production line is compact, covering an area of only 50% of the traditional dryer with the same output, which greatly reduces the infrastructure investment cost for users.
