Custom tungsten carbide gripper jaws are precision clamping fixtures developed for automated machinery, precision assembly equipment, cutting machines and inspection jigs. We supply two structural options: integral solid tungsten carbide jaws, and steel base fitted with carbide wear inserts.This split U-shaped jaw design delivers stable, slip-free clamping for hardware, metal blanks, plastic parts and pipes. All mounting holes and clamping profiles are manufactured strictly according to customer drawings, fully customized to match various pneumatic grippers, chucks and fixture stations.
