1. Product Overview
This electroplated diamond grinding rod consists of stainless steel shank and electroplated diamond abrasive layer. Manufactured by Zhuzhou Ruiao Tungsten Carbide Co., Ltd. The stepped straight shank ensures stable clamping, widely applied on CNC engraving machines, internal grinders and stone polishing machines for grinding, shaping and finishing hard brittle materials.

5. Operation Tips
Use cooling liquid when grinding carbide or glass to avoid thermal damage and extend tool life.
Coarse grit (46#–80#) for stock removal; fine grit (≥120#) for precision finishing & polishing.
Avoid heavy side pressure to prevent coating peeling and rod breakage.
