This double-groove carbide wire guide wheel is an integral hollow ring with two smooth R arc wire grooves on the outer circumference, manufactured by powder metallurgy sintering and precision mirror grinding. It is core wear-resistant spare part for wire drawing, stranding and cable machinery, realizing dual-wire synchronous traction to boost production capacity.

Optional Grades: YG6, YG6X, YG8, YG10
Production Flow: WC-Co powder pressing → High temperature sintering → Precision inner & outer cylindrical grinding → Double arc groove forming → Mirror polishing
Surface Feature: Burr-free ultra-smooth groove surface, uniform dimensional tolerance
