These indexable turning inserts are made of ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide with full mirror polishing and no coating, specially developed for machining aluminum, copper and other soft non-ferrous metals. Multiple standard geometries (rhombus, square, triangle) are available to meet external turning, internal boring and facing operations on CNC lathes.

  2. Select small nose radius R0.2/R0.4 for mirror finishing; R0.8 for semi-finishing tasks.

  3. Match with dedicated aluminum turning tool holders to lower cutting vibration and guarantee dimensional accuracy.
