1. Product Introduction
This tungsten carbide radius scraper blade is specially designed for automatic woodworking edge banding machines.
Model: 16×17×2-R3 L
Specification: 16mm×17mm×2mm thickness, R3 rounding arc, left-hand cutting version
Packing: 10 pieces per plastic divided storage box
Made of ultra-fine grain solid tungsten carbide, the blade undergoes precision mirror grinding to form an integrated smooth R3 arc edge, used to trim excess PVC, ABS, veneer edge strips and create uniform rounded corners on furniture panels.

Complete Specifications & Customization
Both left-hand (L) and right-hand (R) blades in stock for double trimmer assemblies. Custom radius sizes (R1/R2/R2.5/R4) and special dimensions are acceptable.

5. Operation Guidelines
1.Confirm left/right model before installation to match the rotation direction of the cutter head.
2.Regularly clear wood chips accumulated on the cutter to prevent abrasion of cutting edge and poor trimming finish.
3.Reduce feeding speed when processing thick and hard edge strips to extend blade service life.
