1. Product Overview
This spectacle plate is a key wear spare part for concrete pump trucks, also known as S-valve spectacle plate. It adopts bimetallic composite structure: cast steel base with solid tungsten carbide wear rings embedded inside two flow holes. Manufactured by Zhuzhou Ruiao Tungsten Carbide Co., Ltd., it matches Sany, Zoomlion, XCMG and other mainstream concrete pump brands.Structure: Dual through holes, 6 mounting bolt holes, precision ground carbide sealing surface, working with cutting ring to form the sealing wear pair of S distribution valve.

3. Application
Construction concrete delivery, used on trailer concrete pumps, truck-mounted concrete pumps, boom pumps, mortar transfer pumps.
4. Operation Tips
Install matching carbide cutting ring together, apply lubricant to reduce friction loss.
Replace the spectacle plate immediately if slurry leakage or sudden pressure drop occurs, which means carbide surface is grooved.
Regularly lubricate S valve when pumping dry concrete or large aggregate to extend plate service life.
