1. Product Introduction
This step tungsten carbide hollow rod is a hollow cemented carbide bar with integrated step shoulder, made by powder metallurgy sintering and multi-step precision grinding. It serves as raw blank for stamping pins, ejector pins, wire drawing dies, mechanical wear-resistant shafts and guide sleeves.
2. Material & Manufacturing Process
Optional Grades: YG6, YG8, YG10X, YG15 (balance hardness & toughness for different die working conditions)
Production Flow: WC-Co powder molding → HIP sintering → Rough outer grinding → Inner hole precision boring → Step forming → Mirror polishing
Surface: Smooth burr-free inner and outer surface, tight dimensional tolerance
