1. Product Introduction
This multi-groove wire guide wheel is made of solid cemented tungsten carbide, precisely machined with multiple R-shaped wire grooves and mirror polished surface. It serves as a core wear-resistant spare part for wire drawing, stranding and cable manufacturing machines, delivering stable wire guiding and extending service life drastically.

Raw Material: High purity tungsten carbide (grades YG6, YG6X, YG8, YG15 optional)
Production Process: Powder metallurgy sintering → Precision internal & external grinding → Ultra-precise groove forming → Mirror polishing
Surface Treatment: Mirror finish, burr-free, smooth inner & outer surface

6. Working Principle
Install the carbide wheel on bearing shaft, route wires into the outer circular grooves. The wheel rotates synchronously with moving wires, converting sliding friction into rolling friction. It stabilizes wire tension and conveying track, avoiding abrasion on both wires and the guide wheel.
