1. Product Introduction
This square carbide insert knife is disposable replaceable cutting tip, made of solid cemented tungsten carbide. It matches spiral cutter heads widely used in wood planers, jointers, moulders and edge banding machines, providing clean cutting for all kinds of timber.Spec shown in picture: 11.6mm×12mm×1.5mm, cutting angle 35°, 10 pieces per box.
2. Material & Production Process
Standard Grade: YG6, YG8 (high toughness for wood processing)
Production Flow: WC-Co powder sintering → Precision square grinding → Edge angle forming → Sharp cutting edge honing
Packaging: Plastic storage box, 10 pieces per pack to avoid blade collision damage
