1. Product Introduction
This tungsten carbide ball mill jar is a complete set including carbide tank and matching solid carbide lid, manufactured via powder metallurgy sintering. It is the core grinding container for planetary ball mills, widely used in laboratory mineral sample analysis, powder metallurgy, new material research and fine grinding industry.
2. Material & Production Process
Standard Grade: YG8, YG10, YG12 (low cobalt grade for ultra wear resistance)
Production Flow: WC powder pressing → High temperature HIP sintering → Precision internal & external grinding → Mirror polishing
Structure: Integral forming tank + solid matching cylindrical lid, seamless fit for tight sealing
