Front-end voltage acquisition circuit
Supports two-phase voltage acquisition for two paths: generator terminal voltage + system bus PT voltage (100V secondary side), real-time monitoring of pressure difference, frequency difference, and phase difference as the three grid connection conditions.
Panel human-machine operation unit
LCD display + function keys, can locally view synchronization parameters, fault alarms, 7 preset grid connection parameter groups, suitable for multiple circuit breakers, different grid connection scenarios.
Rich I/O terminals
Multiple switch quantity inputs (circuit breaker position, external interlock, synchronization signal allowed), relay passive output (speed regulation, voltage regulation, closing, fault alarm).
Main Functions
Fully automatic precise synchronization grid connection
Automatically adjust generator speed (increase / decrease), generator terminal voltage (increase / decrease), when the frequency difference, voltage difference, and phase difference all meet the set threshold, predict and issue closing command in advance to achieve impact-free grid connection, supports ** residual voltage bus synchronization (dead bus grid connection)** function.
Complete grid connection anti-misoperation protection
Phase sequence error, frequency difference exceeds limit, voltage difference is too large, abnormal frequency-voltage change rate, synchronization timeout locks the closing, preventing non-synchronous grid connection from causing major damage to generators and power grids.
Multi-scenario parameter storage
Built-in 7 independent parameter groups, can separately set the synchronization values for 7 different circuit breakers, one device can achieve grid connection control for multiple units / multiple lines.
Multiple protocols remote communication
Support LON, Modbus, IEC 61850 Ethernet communication, can upload the synchronization process, alarm events, voltage and frequency parameters to DCS, background monitoring system, support remote parameter setting, fault diagnosis, firmware upgrade.
Event recording and fault diagnosis
Automatically store the entire synchronization process data, fault alarm records, accurately locate the reasons for grid connection failure, mislocking.
