Integral Non-Welded Forging + Inner Cavity Forming
With a forging ratio ≥4.0, the raw materials are processed by electric furnace smelting + vacuum refining. The inner cavity, flange and connection hole positions of the cylinder body are controlled and formed through special forging dies, without forging and welding splicing structures. The metal density is ≥99.8%, which helps reduce the risk of leakage and cracking at the welded parts of the cavity, and the wall thickness uniformity error is ≤1.0mm.
Customized Heat Treatment Strengthening
Customized heat treatment schemes are implemented for different materials: normalizing + tempering for carbon steel, overall quenching and tempering for alloy steel, and solution annealing for stainless steel. After forging, temperature-controlled slow cooling is adopted, with an internal stress relief rate ≥98%, balancing the overall toughness and pressure resistance of the cylinder body, and the resistance to alternating air pressure fatigue load is ≥10 cycles.
Finishing and Pre-Machining of Sealing and Connecting Surfaces
Precision rough machining is carried out on the end face of the cylinder body, flange sealing surface and air inlet connecting surface. The flatness is ≤0.05mm/m, the surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, and finishing allowances are reserved, which helps to achieve reliable sealing connection with the cylinder end cover and air pipeline, and reduces subsequent processing difficulty.
