Superior Fatigue ResistanceAdopting a precision forging process with a forging ratio of ≥4, we achieve grain refinement of carbon steel up to ASTM Grade 6-8, with continuous and complete metal flow lines. The process effectively eliminates porosity and shrinkage defects, delivering a fatigue life of over 10 cycles. Compared with ordinary castings, our products feature a 40% higher torsional strength, making them ideal for high-frequency rotation and alternating load working conditions.
Controllable Dimensional AccuracyThrough radial precision forging and multi-pass straightening processes, we achieve a spindle straightness of ≤0.02mm/m, a cylindricity of key journal of ≤0.005mm, and a surface roughness Ra ≤6.3μm, fully meeting stringent assembly precision requirements.
Excellent Strength-Toughness BalanceThrough quenching and tempering treatment (quenching + high-temperature tempering), we realize the optimal matching of strength and toughness. Local induction hardening can be customized for core stress-bearing parts, reaching a hardness of HRC 50-55, while the core maintains excellent toughness to avoid fracture under impact load.
Wide Customization AdaptabilityWe can manufacture customized spindles with complex structures such as stepped shafts and spline shafts strictly in accordance with customer drawings. Our products are suitable for working conditions from room temperature to medium and high temperature, and we support flexible response from small-batch trial production to mass supply. All products are compliant with national standards, industry standards, and customer-specific technical requirements.
