Performance Features of Gate Valve Forgings

Core Pressure-Bearing Forgings

Valve bodies and valve bonnets are made of A105 and Q355B carbon steel, suitable for medium and high pressure conventional working conditions. They are integrally formed without splicing, with stable pressure-bearing performance. Machining allowance is reserved for the sealing surface, which greatly reduces the difficulty of subsequent machining and sealing commissioning.

Key Sealing Forgings

Gate plates and valve seats are made of 45# and A105 carbon steel, with dense metallographic structure, flat surface, and no defects such as blowholes and porosity. This effectively ensures the sealing reliability of gate valve opening and closing, and avoids medium leakage.

Connection Supporting Forgings

Flange plates, valve stem supports, end covers and bolt seats are designed to meet the connection and support requirements of various gate valves. They feature excellent structural, welding and assembly performance, and are fully compatible with valve bodies and bonnets, improving the overall stability of the gate valve.

Non-Standard Special-Shaped Carbon Steel Forgings

We customize large-diameter integral valve bodies, pressure self-tightening valve bonnets, non-standard gate plates, integrated valve bonnets with mounting brackets, etc. according to customer drawings. We support various structural designs such as socket welding, flange connection and butt welding, and provide one-stop services from process optimization to finished product delivery.
