1. Excellent Mechanical Properties & Strong Load-bearing Capacity
After compaction through no less than 3 forging passes, the metal density of the forgings reaches over 99.8%. Compared with round steel machined parts:
Tensile strength increased by 40%-60% (≥550MPa for 45# carbon steel, up to 800MPa after quenching and tempering)
Impact energy increased by 50%-80% (Akv≥40J)
Fatigue resistance increased by 2-3 times, able to withstand 10⁷ cyclic loads without failure
It is fully suitable for heavy load and impact working conditions.
2. Integral Forging Without Splicing
The products are formed by integral one-piece forging with no weld seam, which reduces the risk of weld seam cracking to 0. Compared with welded parts:
Torsional strength increased by more than 60% (torsion torque of φ100mm shaft parts ≥2500N·m)
Equipment operation safety increased by 120%, failure rate reduced by 90%
Service life reaches 8-12 years (2-3 times longer than ordinary castings)
