Directional Material Gathering + Integral Non-Welded Forging
With a forging ratio ≥4.5, the raw materials are processed by electric furnace smelting + vacuum refining. The cavity, flange and mating surface of the left and right bodies are controlled and formed through special loose tooling, with a metal density ≥99.8%. It helps reduce the strength and sealing risks caused by forged and welded structures, and the metal flow lines are continuous without fracture.
Customized Material Heat Treatment
Customized heat treatment processes are implemented for different materials: normalizing + tempering for carbon steel, quenching and tempering for heat-resistant steel, and solution annealing for stainless steel. Temperature-controlled cooling after forging achieves an internal stress relief rate ≥98%, which helps improve the high-temperature creep resistance and low-temperature impact toughness of the forgings, adapting to mechanical requirements of multiple working conditions.
Precision Pre-Machining of Mating Surfaces
Precision rough machining and surface strengthening treatment are carried out on the mating surfaces of the left and right bodies, with machining allowances reserved and a flatness ≤0.05mm/m. It helps improve the mating accuracy with other valve components, and provides basic guarantee at the forging end for the overall sealing effect of the valve.
