Performance Characteristics of Roll Shaft Forgings

High Strength & Stiffness: The metal flow line is distributed along the stress direction of the roll shaft, endowing it with excellent bending and torsional resistance. Its elastic modulus reaches ≥206GPa, and the deformation under heavy load is ≤0.01mm/m, ensuring long-term operational precision of the equipment.

High Wear Resistance & Corrosion Resistance: The surface undergoes quenching, nitriding or surfacing welding treatment, with a hardness of HRC 55-62 and a hardened layer depth of 1.5-5.0mm. The hardness is uniform (deviation ≤3HRC), and the wear resistance is improved by 30%-50% compared with common roll shafts.

Strong Toughness & Fatigue Resistance: The fatigue life reaches more than 2×10⁶ times. It can withstand long-term alternating loads and frequent impact loads without crack initiation, and the failure rate is reduced by 40% compared with common roll shafts.
