Performance Features | Cylinder Tube Open-Die Forgings
Favorable Strength & Pressure Resistance
Produced from special steel like 42CrMo; upsetting, piercing and expanding forging refines grain and densifies structure, tensile strength 600-1000MPa, yield strength 355-835MPa. Regular service pressure ≤63MPa, customized design available for ultra-high pressure up to 100MPa.
Excellent Wear & Anti-Seizure Performance
Inner bore is processed via intermediate-frequency induction quenching and honing, hardness HRC55-62, hardened depth 1.5-5.0mm with hardness deviation ≤3HRC; wear resistance is improved by 30%-50% compared with ordinary cylinder tubes.
Balanced Toughness & Enhanced Fatigue Resistance
Composite heat treatment of quenching & tempering, cryogenic stabilization and multi-stage tempering. Impact toughness ≥30~60J/cm² at 20℃, low-temperature impact energy ≥25J at -40℃ to mitigate cracking and edge chipping under high-pressure impact.
High Dimensional Accuracy & Stable Tolerance
All processes comply with relevant GB standards; inner diameter tolerance H7-H8, roundness ≤0.01mm, cylindricity ≤0.015mm/m, concentricity ≤0.015mm to ensure smooth reciprocating movement of piston.
