Calculation method for the force of ultra-high pressure hydraulic cylinders

Ultra-high pressure hydraulic cylinders refer to those with a pressure above 210kgf/cm² (21MPa). The calculation formula for the force of ultra-high pressure hydraulic cylinders

The pressure of the hydraulic cylinder during operation is determined by the load. According to physics, pressure is equal to force divided by the acting area (i.e., P = F/S). If you want to calculate the output force of the hydraulic cylinder, you can use the following formula:

Let the radius of the piston (i.e., the cylinder barrel) be R (unit: mm), and the radius of the piston rod be r (unit: mm)

If the pressure during operation is P (unit: MPa), then the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder F_push = 3.14 * R * R * P (unit: N)

The pulling force of the hydraulic cylinder F_pull = 3.14 * (R * R - r * r) * P (unit: N)

For a 100-ton hydraulic cylinder with a system pressure of 16Mpa, please help me calculate the diameter of the selected hydraulic cylinder piston. How to calculate it? The theoretical value is 282mm

  16Mpa=160kgf/cm2   100T=100000kg

When the piston rod extends, the time is (15×3.14×Square of the cylinder diameter×Stroke of the hydraulic cylinder)÷Flow rate

When the piston rod retracts, the time is [15×3.14×(Square of the cylinder diameter - Square of the rod diameter)×Stroke of the hydraulic cylinder]÷Flow rate.
