[ZTMX-30] Turret-type Copper Busbar Processing Machine
I.Product Introduction
This series of busbar processing machines has three units: punching, shearing, and bending. Its main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. By using the corresponding processing units, it is convenient and fast to perform various processing operations on copper and aluminum busbars, such as shearing, punching (round holes, oblong holes), bending flat and vertical bends, embossing, flattening, etc.
II. Main Features:
1. The shearing unit adopts a universal single-blade shearing method, with a flat shear edge, saving materials.
2. The punching unit uses a six-mold integral turntable, which ensures the alignment of the upper and lower molds and improves the concentricity of the molds.
3. The bending unit uses a closed bending method, making it more uniform during flat bending and embossing and extending its service life.
4. The bending unit uses vertical processing, which is safer and more convenient during processing.
5. The three working stations of the machine can work simultaneously, greatly improving work efficiency.
6. The hydraulic oil tank is welded with thick steel plates and phosphated, so that the hydraulic oil will not deteriorate after long-term use.
7. The three processing units of punching, shearing, and bending all adopt a double-foot pedal control system. In the automatic control mode, even if it is out of the upper and lower limits of each station, it will never affect the user's production and use, thus reducing the failure rate of the equipment and eliminating safety hazards such as pump jamming and oil pipe rupture that occurred in previous equipment. In the manual control mode, the forward and backward operations of each station are simple and convenient, thus improving production efficiency.
8. This model of machine is divided into two types: ordinary type and CNC type. The CNC system isPanasonic of Japan or Siemens.
