I. Product composition and features
This equipment consists of a main chassis, guide rails, a rear tailstock and electrical control.
The structural features are as follows:
1. The mechanical transmission part of this winding machine is located in the headstock, and the transmission part is installed on the operating side of the headstock. The motor speed is controlled by a frequency converter, and it is transmitted to the gearbox through a pulley and a V-belt, reducing the speed and increasing the torque to the usage standard.
2、This winding machine usesa frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, with smooth start-up, constant torque.It is convenient to adjust and set the number of turns, and it will stop automatically.
3、This machine is equipped with an automatic braking device to prevent reverse rotation when the winding stops.
4. This machine can preset the number of coil turns,Automaticcontrol forward and reverse rotation; The counting system consists of a human-machine interface (touch screen), PLC, and encoder. The winding parameters can be easily set through the touch screen.
5. Centralized control by the button station, with the start and stop of the spindle controlled by the foot switch or buttons.

4、Product Structure
1. The faceplate plays the role of fixing the winding mold and transmitting torque.
2. The main chassis is composed of a box body, a transmission system, a gearbox, a motor, etc. The combined speed - regulation system of the main unit consists of a stepped speed - change and stepless speed - regulation of the variable - frequency motor, which makes the starting process of the whole equipment smooth and the braking reliable. The motor torque is decelerated and amplified by the headstock to provide the winding torque.
3. Rail and tailstock part
The tailstock is a separate part from the main chassis. It is mainly composed of a tailstock, a live center, a rail, etc. The tailstock can be moved axially on the base rail manually to meet the needs of winding molds of different lengths. By rotating the handwheel, the live center can be extended or retracted, which facilitates the removal and installation of the mold and improves the strength. The locking handle can lock the center roller and press the winding mold tightly to support its weight.
4. Electrical control system
The electrical control system is composed of an electrical control cabinet, a frequency converter, a touch screen,PLC, an encoder, a foot switch and other electrical appliances. The rotation speed of the spindle is controlled by the frequency converter, and the spindle speed and the number of turns can be displayed. The counter can count forward and backward, and has the functions of power - off memory and automatic stop after setting the number of turns. The whole winding process can be operated with the foot switch..
V. After-sales service
Quality guarantee period; The main machine is guaranteed for one year. During the warranty period, if there are any quality problems with the equipment itself (excluding human factors), the supplier will provide a solution within4 hours after receiving the purchaser's call and solve the problem within24 hours. If it cannot be solved within24 hours, the supplier is responsible for sending someone to the site for handling and solving(Note: only applicable in China). After the warranty period, Jinan Zhitu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to provide follow-up services for the equipment. If parts need to be replaced, only the relevant cost will be charged.
