I. Product Composition and Structural Features
Thisproduction line mainly consists of three parts: Horizontal slotting machine (rectangular slots), pneumatic feeder, vertical slotting machine (special-shaped slots), dust collector, and electrical control system.
Functionalfeatures are as follows:
1. The horizontal slotting machine is composed of a conveyor belt, pressure rollers, guides, a dust collector, slotting cutters, and a spindle. It mainly cuts two rectangular slots, and the distance between the two slots can be adjusted according to the box size.
1.1The conveyor belt and pressure rollers are driven by a geared motor in synchronous linkage, and the running speed is steplessly adjusted by a frequency converter. The pressure rollers can be adjusted at any time according to the thickness of the sheet material.
1.2 The spindle tool can adjust the grooving depth according to the thickness of the sheet metal, and the operating speed can be steplessly adjusted according to the smoothness after grooving.
1.3 The guide is for the sheet metal to run smoothly perpendicular to the grooving spindle according to the preset grooving pitch.
1.4The main function of the dust collector is to collect the powder after the sheet metal grooving and cutting into the storage bag of the dust collector.
2.Pneumatic feeder; this machine is composed of a conveyor belt, a pneumatic mechanism, and a photoelectric sensor.
2.1 The conveyor belt and the conveying mechanism of the horizontal grooving machine are the same transmission mechanism, which are connected by sprockets and chains.
2.2 The pneumatic mechanism is composed of a pressure regulating gauge, a solenoid valve, a manual valve, a cylinder, and a slider rail. Its main function is to handle the sheet metal after horizontal grooving
