CorrugatedFlame Arrestor CorePlate Product Introduction
CorrugatedFlame Arrestor Coreplates are commonly made of stainless steel strips or copper-nickel alloy materials, which are pressed into a corrugated shape. The size of the corrugations is determined by the gas properties and flame speed. The corrugated thin plates and flat plates are alternately wound around the central axis to form a stack of flame arrestor layers with triangular pores. This structure of the flame arrestor layer can produce corrugated flame arrestor layers with different diameters, thicknesses, and pore sizes according to design requirements.Jinan Zhitu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.specializes in the R & D and production of various specifications of corrugated flame arrestor nets, corrugated flame arrestor plates, stainless steel flame arrestor sheets, stainless steel flame arrestor discs/flame arrestor plates with steel ring protection and large-diameter flame arrestor nets. The thickness of the commonly used corrugated thin plates is between 0.1 - 0.3mm, and the height of the corrugations is generally 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1.2mm, etc., which should be determined according to the flame speed.
The flame arrestor with a corrugated structure has been proven to have good flame arrestor performance, a wide range of applications, low manufacturing costs, and is easy to inspect and install. Therefore, this structure of the flame arrestor has been widely used. The corrugated flame arrestor layer can be composed of several layers of flame arrestor layers as a whole, but no gaps are allowed between the layers to prevent the flame from passing through the gaps and affecting the overall flame arrestor performance of the flame arrestor.
