Automatic cable winding machine (Load-bearing 5T tons)
I. Product composition and structural features
This equipment consists of a main chassis guide rail, a rear tailstock, andan automatic cable arrangement device, PLC control, a servo motor system, and a touch screen human-machine interface.
The structural features are as follows:
1. The mechanical transmission part of this winding machine is located inside the headstock, and the transmission part is installed on the operation side of the headstock.
2. This winding machineusesa frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, with smooth starting and constant torque.Adjusting the speed adjustment knob allows for stepless speed change from 0 - 50 Hz; set the number of turns, and it will stop automatically.
3. This machine is equipped with an automatic braking device to prevent reverse rotation when the winding stops.
4. Centralized control of the button station, controlled by a foot switch orbuttons to control the start and stop of the spindle.
5. This equipmentfeatures high automation, complete functions, and strong power, ensuring the axial and radial compactness of coil winding.

III.Functional features:
1. This machine adopts a hard - faced gear mechanical speed - change system, featuring high efficiency and low noise.
2. The motor has a braking function, which is sensitive and reliable.
3. In terms of electrical system, variable - frequency speed regulation is adopted. The braking is controlled by the frequency converter. Therefore, the starting and braking slopes can be preset to adapt to the winding state.
4. The variable - frequency speed regulation has a wide range, and the speed regulation is accurate and stable.
5. It has an automatic wire - arranging function.
6. It adopts a servo motor and a PLC control system. A high - definition touch - type operation screen is used for display and human - machine dialogue. Imported ball screws and linear guide rails are used to ensure accurate wire arrangement.
7. Set up a dedicated line to synchronize automatic cable arrangement and windingcoordination.
8. The cable arrangement device is equipped withtension pay - offfunction, and the tension is adjustable to meet the requirements of different wire gauges. In addition, a pneumatic pressing device is provided to meet the needs of workpieces.
9. Before winding, the automatic cable arrangement pitch can be conveniently set according to different wire gauges. During the winding process, possible errors can be manually fine - tuned to ensure the coil is tight.
10.The desktop control box is placed above the chassis for easy use and clear display.
