Seated positioner
The seated positioner is driven by a three - phase asynchronous motor to realize the turning and infinite rotation of the workbench. The turning angles of positioners of different models are different, generally divided into 0 - 90° and 0 - 120°. The panel of the positioner is machined with T - slots for easy clamping of workpieces, and the circular oil groove line facilitates centering.
According to the requirements of customers, it can be derived into: mechanical/hydraulic lifting positioners, L - shaped positioners, head - tail positioners, lifting positioners, double - column positioners, precision positioners matched with robots, etc.
BWJ Positioner Series:
This series includes various types of positioners such as roll - over type, head - tail rotation type, head - tail lifting and rotation type, head - tail tiltable type, and double - rotation type. It is a practical auxiliary positioning device, mainly used in workplaces such as welding of steel structural parts and assembly of mechanical parts.
It enables the workpiece to be in the optimal welding or assembly position through the lifting, rotation, and turning of the workbench. It can be matched with a welding manipulator to form a special automatic welding machine, and is widely used in the manufacturing industry of various steel structural parts such as flanges and pipe joints. It can also be used as peripheral equipment to be matched with robots, to achieve automatic welding. It is one of the commonly used equipment in modern pipeline, container, and steel structure production enterprises.
