Seated positioner
The seated positioner is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor to realize the overturning and infinite rotation of the workbench. The overturning angles of positioners of different models vary, generally divided into 0-90° and 0-120°. The panel of the positioner is machined with T-slots for easy clamping of workpieces, and the annular oil groove line is convenient for centering.
According to the customer's usage requirements, it can be derived into: mechanical/hydraulic lifting positioner, L-shaped positioner, head-tail positioner, lifting positioner, double-column positioner, precision positioner matched with robots, etc.
BWJ Positioner Series:
This series consists of positioners in various forms such as side-tilting, head-tail rotating, head-tail lifting and rotating, head-tail tiltable, and double-rotating. It is a practical auxiliary positioning device, mainly used in workplaces such as welding of steel structural parts and assembly of mechanical parts.
It enables the workpiece to be in the optimal welding or assembly position through the lifting, rotation, and overturning of the workbench. It can be matched with a welding manipulator to form a special automatic welding machine, and is widely used in the manufacturing industry of various steel structural parts such as flanges and pipe fittings. It can also be used as peripheral equipment to match with robots to achieve automatic welding.
