Product Description: M85 is an optimized synergistic mixture of nucleating agent, internal lubricant and external lubricant.
Properties and Applications
M85 is designed to address the issues of difficult demolding of nylon and insufficient dimensional stability.
The advantages of M85 are as follows:
1) Shorten the molding cycle and increase productivity.
2) Improve the dimensional stability of the products.
3) Reduce the post-molding dimensional shrinkage.
4) Prevent stress cracking of the products.
5) Improve the mechanical properties of the products (increase tensile strength and hardness...) 。
6) Increase the heat distortion temperature (HDT) of the product.
7) Enhance fluidity and dispersion.
8) Facilitate demolding.
Typical characteristics: Appearance - White powder
Ingredients - A mixture of lubricant and nucleating agent
Softening range - Above 80℃
Density - Approximately 200-400g/l
Addition amount: 0.2 - 1.0%
Adding 0.2% will result in excellent demolding effect and dimensional stability.
The specific addition amount depends on the type of polymer and the desired performance of the final product.
Processing method: The best processing method involves using a twin-screw extruder for blending. Only this method can ensure the optimal dispersion of the heat stabilizer within the polymer. Direct dry mixing of M85 in nylon pellets cannot guarantee uniform dispersion in the molten state during injection molding.
However, to improve the dispersion of M85 during the dry mixing process, it is recommended to use diffusion oil, white oil, or silicone oil.
Product Safety Labeling: M85 does not need to be classified as a hazardous substance, but this does not mean that it will not produce chemicals with the hazardous nature described in the hazardous materials regulations during application.

Storage/Expiry Date: Unopened M85 can be stored for at least 12 months under standard conditions (dry, 25℃). Avoid heat sources and moisture during storage.

2. Product Application
P32 is a high-efficiency nucleating agent for nylon. It is suitable for both reinforced and un-reinforced nylon, helping to enhance the dimensional stability of nylon products, shorten the molding cycle, and facilitate better demolding. ====================================================================
3. Usage Method
[Example] PA66 + GF + Antioxidant + Lubricant + Nucleating Agent (0.2% M85) + Other Additives
Step 1: Mix the PA66 slices with an appropriate amount of bonding oil evenly.
Step 2: Add the antioxidant + lubricant + nucleating agent (0.2% M85) + other additives, and stir slowly to achieve uniformity.
Achieved Effects:
1) Easy demolding.
2) Accelerated crystallization rate, shortened molding cycle.
3) The product dimensions remain unchanged, no warping, no shrinkage, and no deformation.
4) Improved overall performance of the product (tensile strength, hardness... ) ====================================================================

Mixing: Use a horizontal mixer. Run at low speed. This method ensures a more uniform mixing and yields the best results! ====================================================================
