Product Introduction
PROCASTER PW-40 is a composite nucleating agent that can achieve the following effects:
- Increase crystallization rate;
- Shorten molding cycle;
- Facilitate filling of the mold cavity, improve demolding, and enhance the dimensional stability of the product.
- Improve mechanical strength and thermal properties (increase HDT to 230°C and tensile strength).

Scope of Application
Material: Fiberglass-reinforced PET.
Molding method: Extrusion and injection molding Recommended dosage
Depending on the content of reinforced glass fiber, the recommended addition amount is: 0.7% to 0.9%.
Food contact properties
The components in PROCASTER PW-40 comply with FDA, EU and food contact regulations.
Packaging
The product is available in 25kg paper bag packaging, or in barrel or large bag form.
