This product is a carboxylate type nucleating agent for transparent materials, and a polymer olefin nucleating agent. Compared with other types of nucleating agents, it can better provide plastic products with excellent transparency, surface glossiness and other physical and mechanical properties. This product is white in color and has no irritating odor. It can provide a good production environment for plastic processing and can replace similar imported products.

3. Applications: The nucleating agent NU-004 is suitable for manufacturing transparent polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride resin products, such as medical supplies, cultural items, beverage packaging, transparent cups, bowls, basins, plates, and CD cases, etc., and is also suitable for high-temperature disinfection products. The nucleating agent NU-004 can be used directly by dry-mixing with PP, or it can be made into a 2.5 - 5% masterbatch and then used. Generally, the addition amount of the nucleating agent NU-004 is 0.1 - 0.4%, and the light transmission effect is already very significant. It is recommended that the addition amount be 0.1 - 0.3%.
4. Packaging and Storage: The inner packaging is PE bags, each bag contains 20KG. It is advisable to store it in a cool and dry place. It can be stored for a long time under unopened conditions. If the product is not used up, tie the double-layer opening tightly to avoid moisture absorption.
5. Precautions: This product is an organic chemical. Do not eat it. When accidentally ingesting the material, rinse with water immediately. In severe cases, please go to the hospital for examination and treatment.
