What is CIPP Liner hose
Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, is a fastest trenchless solution for repair old or damaged underground pipe line for drainage, sewerage or portal water without the excavation of ground, pavement and driveay.
There are two type of CIPP liner ose, one is heat curing such as steam and hot water and another is UV curing( UV-CIPP liner).

The dry liner consists material uncoiling station, Aramid rope loading station, fiber glass matrix folding station, leakage-proof nonwoven fabric heat sealing and anti-light film heating sealing unit and folding unit.
The wet(impregnation)liner hose manufacturing machine consists online fully automatic and high precision resin dosing and mixing unit, fully automatic powerful vacuum unit, ultra-flat impregnation and flatting unit and automatic folding unit to ensure the high production speed, fully impregnation of glass fibre and resin, uniform thickness and lower resin consumption.
