Features: This product is the third-generation sorbitol cumulose nucleating agent (DMDBS). It provides plastic products with superior transparency, biocompatibility and other physical and mechanical properties better than the second-generation sorbitol cumulose nucleating agent (MDBS). After testing, this product is non-toxic and odorless, and has the same application performance as similar products from abroad. It is an ideal choice for high-grade sorbitol transparent nucleating agents. Certified as a non-toxic product.
It can significantly enhance the transparency of polypropylene and improve its stability, thereby reducing the raw material cost.
It can increase the crystallization temperature, thereby reducing the mold operation time, lowering the mold cycle period, and improving production efficiency.
It can consolidate and enhance the impact resistance, and has good low-temperature impact resistance.
It can improve the heat resistance, and for polypropylene without nucleating agents, it can significantly increase the heat distortion temperature.
It will not react with other types of additives or additives, nor will it undergo chemical reactions with other substances.
Applicable processes: Injection molding, blow and stretch molding, hollow molding, thin plate extrusion, thin-walled injection molding, sheet extrusion, thermoforming, etc.
Application fields: Suitable for food packaging, beverage packaging, medical supplies, cultural products, agent packaging (CD cases, etc.), stationery products, high-end catering utensils (transparent basins, buckets, plates, dishes, cups), infant toys, pipes, sheets, and heat-resistant microwave containers, etc. It is also suitable for high-temperature sterilization products. This product can be directly mixed with raw materials for processing into transparent products, or it can be made into a masterbatch for use.
Addition methods: One is to add it directly to the resin for direct mixing, injection or extrusion molding; the other is to mix it with the resin and other additives to form a transparent masterbatch, and then mix it with ordinary polyolefins for use.
Addition amount: 0.1-0.3%, generally 0.2% can achieve the best light transmission effect. The addition amount is closely related to the material and thickness. Users can adjust the addition amount appropriately according to actual circumstances. This product can be directly added to ordinary PP and PE, for PP powder, mix with the transparent nucleating agent and stir evenly before processing the desired product. For PP and PE granules, to ensure uniform mixing with it for the best light transmission effect, it is recommended to use batch operation, pour the quantified PP and PE granules into the mixer, add a small amount of white oil, stir evenly. Disperse this product onto the PP and PE granules that are smeared with white oil and fully stir to make it evenly adsorb on the granules. The recommended addition amount of white oil is approximately 1.5-2.0ml/kg.
Storage packaging:
The outer packaging is a cardboard box, 10kg per box or package; or it can be negotiated according to customer requirements. This product is easy to store in a cool and dry place. If this product is not used up this time, please seal it.
