Microwave Machine in Wood Industry advantage:
1. Microwaves can dry wood rapidly, if 25-50L pine board microwave drying can be faster than normal drying 20-30 times, wood moisture from 30% low down to 12% only need 3-5 minutes
2. Uniform drying wood, non-deformation, non-cracking, both inside & outside of the wood treated by microwave heating is uniform, so heating quality is excellent,surface will not harden, but also can correct the bending too;
3. Microwave can kill inside insect eggs rapidly, prolong the wood shelf life.
4. High efficiency; the utilization rate of microwave as energy can reach over 75%, but the infrared & steam drying reduced more than 50%;
