                  Cerium-doped gadolinium aluminum gallium garnet crystals, abbreviated as Ce:GAGG crystals, have 

the chemical formula Ce:Gd₃Al₂Ga₃O₁₂.This crystal exhibits outstanding properties including high density, high

 transmittance, large effective atomic number, high light yield, fast decay time, excellent energy resolution, stable

 physical and chemical properties, absence of spontaneous radiation, non-hygroscopic nature, and favorable 

processing characteristics. Consequently, it is regarded as one of the most superior crystals among numerous oxide scintillators.

                 Ce:GAGG crystals exhibit high optical output response at the 540nm wavelength band, enabling excellent

 matching with silicon photodiodes. This crystal can be grown in large sizes with good machinability, supporting array products with up to 128 channels and minimum pixel sizes as small as 0.3mm.
