Overview:
The universal shaft torque sensor is of intrinsic safety explosion-proof type. It is mainly designed to solve the problems in the oilfield drilling process, such as drill pipe breakage caused by excessive torque and inaccurate measurement of turntable torque, which often affect the drilling production. The sensor is directly made on the universal shaft and equipped with a control system to monitor the working conditions of the drilling rig in real - time. 1. It can directly transmit the torque frequency signal to a computer or PLC for processing.
2. It can be equipped with an HN - 201 torque power meter to directly display the torque, rotational speed, and power values. The torque and rotational speed have two - way 4 - 20mA transmission signals and come with RS485 communication function.
3. It can be equipped with an XSY torque controller to directly display the torque value, with upper and lower limit two - point alarms and switch - quantity signals (4 - 20mA/RS485 optional).
4. It can be paired with an F/I or F/V signal conversion module, which can convert the original frequency signal of the torque sensor into commonly used signals such as standard 4 - 20mA current, 0 - 5V/0 - 10V voltage, or RS485 communication.
5. You can optionally choose Beijing Haibohua Technology Co., Ltd.'s professional M400 data acquisition software to collect data on the computer, view curves, generate reports, store, print, and playback, etc.
