Eddy current brakes use the magnetic eddy current generated when the rotor rotates to consume kinetic energy for loading. The damping generated by the eddy current brake is related to the working speed and magnetic field strength. During operation, manually adjust the knob of the loading controller to send the excitation current to the eddy current brake, and control the magnetic field strength in the eddy current brake to control the loading torque. The greater the excitation current, the stronger the conversion ability and the greater the damping.
The torque sensor is used to detect the output torque, speed and power of the tested part, and the detected parameters are displayed through the torque and speed measuring instrument.
The special bearing seat for testing is used to bear the axial and radial forces generated when the tested part is connected to the test bench, protect the measuring spindle of the torque sensor from any additional forces, improve the detection accuracy and extend the service life.
