Upsetting & Rounding Combined Open-Die Forging Process
We adopt a composite process of upsetting, rounding and layered rotary forging with a forging ratio of ≥4.5, combined with step-controlled temperature heating at 1150-1200℃, and strictly control the final forging temperature ≥850℃. This ensures uniform distribution of metal flow lines, eliminates internal blowholes, inclusions and central concave defects, and achieves a metal density of over 99.7%.
Customized Heat Treatment Strengthening
We implement a composite heat treatment process of "multi-stage normalizing + annealing + tempering", with holding time controlled according to every 100mm thickness. The internal stress elimination rate reaches ≥95%, which ensures uniform mechanical properties between the core and surface layer of the forging, and avoids uneven structure issues such as mixed crystals.
High-Precision Quality Control & Inspection
The key dimensional tolerance is ≤±0.8mm, the surface roughness is Ra≤3.2μm, and the flatness error is strictly controlled. All products are fully inspected by Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in compliance with GB/T 6402 and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), meeting the Class II qualification standard, with no defects ≥φ2mm, ensuring no quality hidden dangers such as cracks.
