1. Product Introduction
MSW shredder is the core equipment for processing urban solid waste, which can efficiently achieve waste reduction and resource utilization. It uses two relatively rotating blade shafts to crush large garbage into uniform small pieces through shearing, tearing, and squeezing, and is widely used in the processing of complex materials such as household waste, construction waste, and waste household appliances.
2. Application
Not only used for urban household waste treatment plants, but also for decoration waste disposal sites, construction demolition projects, and industrial solid waste disposal centers.
3. Working Principle
The MSW shredder efficiently crushes urban solid waste into uniform small pieces by utilizing the combined forces of shearing, tearing, and squeezing through two opposing rotating blade shafts. Its core lies in the "low-speed high torque" design, combined with a special blade structure, to achieve safe and stable handling of complex materials.
