Product Introduction
The stone crusher plant production line is an industrial machinery combination system used to process large rocks into building sand and gravel materials. It mainly consists of feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying equipment, and is widely used in fields such as highways, railways, water conservancy, and mining construction. It can adapt to various raw materials such as limestone, granite, and river pebbles.
2. Application
Mainly used for processing materials such as limestone, granite, basalt, etc., providing aggregates for infrastructure construction such as highways, railways, and buildings.
3. Working Principle
Large stone blocks are fed into a coarse crusher (such as a jaw crusher) by a feeder for initial crushing, and then transported by a conveyor to a medium to fine crushing equipment (such as a counterattack crusher or cone crusher) for further processing. The finely divided materials enter the vibrating screen for screening, and the qualified products are sent to the material pile. The unqualified materials are returned to the crusher through the return belt for further crushing, forming a closed-loop cycle. The entire process is monitored by the central electronic control system to achieve automated operation and energy consumption management.
