1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine
The 50TPH–200TPH Self-Cleaning Mineral Screening Deck is an advanced classification solution engineered to solve the chronic problem of "blinding" and "pegging" in mineral processing. Unlike traditional static mesh, this deck utilizes independent wire movement or flexible polyurethane surfaces to shed sticky, wet, or near-size materials that would otherwise clog the screen. It is specifically designed for high-moisture ores and fine-particle separation, ensuring that the effective screening area remains 100% open during continuous operation, thereby maintaining high throughput even in the most challenging geological conditions.
2.Application Mineral Screening Machine
High-Moisture Ore Processing: Ideal for iron ore, bauxite, and nickel laterite which become "sticky" when wet.
Fine Aggregates & Sand: Precision sizing of 1mm–10mm materials where traditional screens suffer from "near-size" plugging.
Coal Washing: Desliming and recovery of coal fines in environments with high clay content.
Clay & Industrial Minerals: Screening of limestone, gypsum, and kaolin that tend to cake or smear across screen surfaces.
3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine
Independent Wire Oscillation: The screening deck is composed of individual longitudinal wires that are not rigidly cross-woven. The primary vibration of the screen machine causes these wires to oscillate at their own natural frequencies.
Secondary Vibration Effect: This independent "springing" action creates a secondary vibration that actively kicks out particles stuck between the wires and shakes off sticky film buildup.
Tension-Driven Cleaning: The wires are held under high tension by side-clamping bars. As material travels over the deck, the tensioned wires flex and snap back, preventing material bridges from forming.
4.Advantages Mineral Screening Machine
Maximum Uptime: Eliminates the need for manual cleaning or frequent "prodding" of the screen, significantly reducing unplanned downtime.
Consistent Grading Accuracy: Because the apertures remain open, the sizing of the undersize material remains consistent throughout the entire production shift.
Increased Effective Area: Provides a higher percentage of open area compared to traditional woven wire, directly boosting the processing capacity per square meter.
Reduced Dynamic Load: The flexible nature of the self-cleaning deck can absorb impact better than rigid mesh, reducing the stress on the vibrating motor and screen frame.
Versatile Media Options: Available in stainless steel for abrasive ores or polyurethane-coated wires for noise reduction and extended wear life.
