1. Product Introduction
The scrap steel shredder is a heavy-duty, high-performance crushing equipment specifically designed for processing various waste metal materials. Through the powerful shearing, squeezing, and crushing actions of dual-axis cutting tools, bulky scrap steel is crushed into uniform, dense metal pieces. It serves as a key pre-treatment equipment for realizing metal resource recycling and enhancing steel smelting efficiency.
2. Application
Applied to the processing and volume reduction of waste steel, it is also widely used in the crushing and recycling of scrap cars, metal drums, waste household appliances, industrial metal waste, aluminum profiles, and copper materials.
3. Working Principle
The scrap steel shredder processes materials through two low-speed, high-torque counter-rotating shafts. Each shaft is equipped with multiple high-strength alloy blades, which are fixed in a precise, staggered arrangement to ensure optimal gripping and heavy-duty shearing force. When the scrap steel is fed into the shredder chamber, the interlocking blades quickly cut, squeeze, and crush the bulk metals into smaller, dense fragments.

Wide Application Range: Beyond scrap steel, it excels in the crushing and recycling of various high-hardness materials, including industrial scrap metals, electronic waste (E-waste), and complex composite metallic products.
