Application
The new automatic coating machine is specially designed for coating process solutions for various types of tablets, pills, and granules. This equipment not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures the stability of product materials. Reliable production technology, drum interchangeable design, and online cleaning function design all comply with GMP industrial and operability requirements. Various unique function combinations shorten the time of batch changes and can meet different process operation requirements. It is the first choice equipment for using thin films, sugar coating functions and drug coatings.
Work principle
Under the rotation action of the coating pan, the tablets or pills to be coated make continuous movement in the pan. The peristaltic pump conveys the coating solution to the spray gun for spraying them on the surfaces of the tablets or pills to be coated. Under negative pressure, the inlet air handling unit supplies clean hot air according to the set procedures and process parameters to dry the tablets or pills. The hot air is discharged from the outlet air handing unit, so that the coating solution sprayed on the tablets or pills rapidly form solid, dense, flat and smooth film, thus the coating process finish.All corners have arc transitions, no dead corners, easy to clean, and the internal and external surfaces are exquisitely polished. It fully complies with the "GMP" requirements for pharmaceutical production.
