PRINCIPLE

Diversion mixer:

The layered swirling action and cross motion ensure uniform spraying of the medicine*, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional mixers such as easy squeezing, stripping, and losing of tablets, slow drying, and the appearance of yin and yang surfaces and spots. The diversion mixer flips smoothly and exchanges frequently, which eliminates the phenomenon of Suri falling from high places and collisions, eliminates fragments and knock-offs, and improves the yield of finished products. The narrow surface of the guide plate avoids the adhesion of excipients on its surface, which not only saves excipients, but also improves the quality of medicines.
Upgraded liquid dispensing atomization system:
Equipped with a constant pressure variable peristaltic pump and eliminating the return pipe. It adopts data programming and has flow display and setting functions. It can set different flow rates according to different varieties to achieve automatic control of liquid flow. The radius of rotation of the peristaltic pump roller changes at any time as the pressure changes, and the output slurry and the amount of shotcrete are automatically balanced. It not only stabilizes the atomization effect and optimizes the spray system, but also prevents the nozzle from clogging, saves auxiliary materials, and is easy to clean.
Upgraded hot air filtration system:
High-efficiency filtration by junior high school makes the cleanliness reach D level, which is in line with the new version of GMP requirements. The air volume is controlled by a frequency converter, which saves electricity and heat energy more effectively than traditional manual air valves.
