This machine features automated lifting, mixing, and lowering functions. By utilizing a single hopper mixer in conjunction with multiple mixing hoppers of varying specifications, it can effectively meet the mixing requirements for a diverse range of products and batch sizes. It serves as an ideal piece of equipment for final blending operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. Furthermore, it is widely utilized across the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other related industries.
Working Principle
The machine consists of a support column, base, rotating fork frame, drive mechanism, braking system, and control system. The mixing hopper is guided into the rotating fork frame, and the locking nuts are secured. Upon activating the control system, the hopper is automatically lifted to the designated mixing height and securely positioned. The drive system then executes the mixing process automatically, adhering to pre-configured parameters such as mixing duration and rotational speed. Once the mixing operation is complete, the rotating fork frame comes to a vertical halt; the hopper automatically descends to ground level, the entire machine shuts down, and the process data is printed out. The locking nuts on the rotating fork frame are then released, allowing the hopper to be moved forward to the next processing stage.
