Applications
This machine is a multi-functional granulator that integrates top-spray, bottom-spray, and side-spray capabilities. It performs a wide range of functions, including mixing, drying, granulation, coating, and pelletizing. It is widely utilized in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Principle
The machine consists of an air intake system, a fluidized bed system, a top-spray system, a bottom-spray system, a side-spray system, and an exhaust and dust removal system. The top-spray configuration is designed for granulation; the bottom-spray configuration is used for pellet coating; and the side-spray configuration is dedicated to pelletizing. All of these functions are realized within a single multi-functional fluidized bed granulator. Users may select and configure the specific functions required based on their actual production processes.
