**Working Principle**

After being purified and heated, air is drawn into the lower section of the fluid-bed granulator-dryer by an induced draft fan. It passes through the distribution plate within the material bin, causing the material—whether fine powder particles or wet granules—to enter a fluidized state within the container. The material is then preheated and mixed by the purified, heated air. During the granulation phase, a binder solution is atomized and sprayed into the chamber, causing individual particles to agglomerate into clusters bound by the adhesive. As the hot air continuously dries the material, moisture within the clusters evaporates and the binder solidifies. This process repeats continuously, ultimately forming ideal, uniform, and porous spherical granules.
