Working Principle
During operation, the mixing drum of this machine executes multi-directional movements. This accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing process, while simultaneously preventing the segregation and accumulation caused by centrifugal forces—issues commonly encountered in conventional mixers due to differences in material specific gravity. Consequently, the machine achieves exceptional mixing results.
Applications and Features
The SYH series multi-directional motion mixer is a novel type of material mixer widely utilized in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and light industries, as well as in scientific research institutions. This machine is capable of mixing free-flowing powdery or granular materials with exceptional uniformity, thereby ensuring the highest quality for the final mixed product. ◆ Due to the multi-directional motion of the mixing drum, numerous mixing points are generated within the vessel, resulting in superior mixing efficacy. The mixing uniformity achieved by this machine is significantly higher than that of conventional mixers, and the deviation in active ingredient content uniformity is correspondingly lower. Furthermore, the maximum loading capacity of this machine is substantially higher than that of conventional mixers, where the maximum load is typically limited to 40% of the drum's total volume.
◆ Additionally, the mixing drum of the SYH series features a unique structural design; its inner walls are finely polished to eliminate dead spots and prevent material contamination. During discharge, materials flow out smoothly under the influence of gravity, leaving no residue behind. The machine is characterized by its non-contaminating nature, ease of discharge, absence of material accumulation, and ease of cleaning.
◆ The mixing process is conducted within a completely enclosed environment, thereby ensuring that no contamination is introduced into the surrounding workspace.
