Applications
This machine is a multi-functional fluidized bed granulator that integrates top-spray, bottom-spray, and side-spray capabilities. It performs a wide range of functions, including mixing, drying, granulating, coating, and pelletizing. It is widely utilized in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Principle
The machine consists of an air intake system, a fluidized bed system, a top-spray system, a bottom-spray system, a side-spray system, and an air exhaust system. The top-spray system is dedicated to granulation; the bottom-spray system is used for pellet coating; and the side-spray system is designed for pelletizing. All of these functions are realized within a single multi-functional fluidized bed granulator. Users may select and configure the specific functions required to suit their actual production processes.
