In the petrochemical industry, it can be used to filter crude oil, various chemical raw materials, etc., to prevent impurities from causing wear and blockage to pipelines and equipment and ensure the normal operation of production. In the food and beverage industry, the basket filter can filter liquids such as fruit juice and milk to remove impurities such as pulp and suspended solids, improving the quality and taste of products. However, the basket filter also has certain limitations. For example, its filtration capacity is relatively limited. When dealing with a large amount of fluid containing high-concentration impurities, it may be necessary to frequently discharge sewage and replace the filter screen. Moreover, for some very fine particles or colloidal substances, its filtration effect may not be as good as some high-precision filtration devices. However, through reasonable selection and combined use with other filtration devices, these limitations can be effectively overcome.
