When the fluid enters the filter, it first enters one of the filter tanks through the inlet pipe and then is filtered through the filter bag. The pores of the filter bag can effectively intercept solid particles, suspended solids, microorganisms and other impurities in the fluid, allowing the clean fluid to flow out of the outlet pipe after passing through the filter bag. As the filtration process progresses, impurities will gradually accumulate on the filter bag, resulting in an increase in filtration resistance. When it reaches a certain level, the fluid can be introduced into the other filter tank to continue filtration by switching the valve, and at the same time, the tank with accumulated impurities can be cleaned or the filter bag can be replaced. When cleaning the filter bag, methods such as backwashing and chemical cleaning can be used to remove the impurities on the filter bag and restore its filtration performance.
The double-bag filter has many advantages. It has high filtration precision. Different precision filter bags can be selected according to different needs, which can effectively remove tiny particle impurities and meet the needs of industries with high requirements for filtration precision, such as the pharmaceutical, food, and electronics industries.
